body-fit is an all over body conditioning class suitable for all fitness levels.  body-fit works all the major muscle groups to help tone and strengthen with some cardio mixed in.  We use body-weight as well as dumbbells, balls and mini-bands.  

All ages and fitness levels are welcome.  Varying degrees of intensity are offered and participants are encouraged to work within their own fitness levels.  This is a friendly and fun class that changes every week!

Babies are welcome strapped into buggies or car seats.


 mama-fit is a child friendly body-fit class that is suitable for mums who struggle to find childcare.  The class is suitable for children up to pre-school age to attend.  Bring lots of toys and food to keep them occupied!
