Pelvic Floor SOS Pilates Programme

bourn-fit offers a personalised, private pilates programme to help strengthen your pelvic floor and core after childbirth.  Over a period of 4 or 6, 45 minute sessions, we will work through a series of progressive exercises specifically designed to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and improve core strength. 


You will also receive some "home-work" exercises for you to practice in between sessions as well as exercises to follow once the sessions have finished.  

Sessions can take place at your home, at a time and date to suit you.
