What is Pilates?

​Pilates was invented by Joseph Pilates in the 19th century.  His aim was to correct postural alignment whilst strengthening and conditioning the deep core muscles. Pilates can help strengthen and lengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improves joint mobility and stability.
