bourn-fit collects personal data through a PAR-Q document which is required to be completed by anyone who wishes to take part in exercise with bourn-fit. This is required for insurance purposes.

The data bourn-fit collect is not shared with anyone or transferred in any way.
Where is it stored?
The data bourn-fit collect is stored in a paper file and locked in a filing cabinet.
How is the data processed?
The data is not processed. bourn-fit will only read through the information and amend the fitness programme for the individual.
How will bourn-fit use my contact information?
bourn-fit will only contact you via email or phone to make you aware of a class change. bourn-fit will not contact you for any other reason. bourn-fit will not give your contact details to anyone else.
